Thank you for shopping with Denislvzfood! We take pride in delivering the best cakes and baked goods right to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes things may need to be adjusted. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Bakery Items

All bakery items, including cakes, cookies, and other perishable items, are exempt from being returned. Please note that once an item has been dispatched from our center, we cannot accept returns. We put a lot of effort into baking these items to order, packaging them carefully, and covering high shipping costs to ensure safe delivery.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our center. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

How to Cancel Your Order:

• Send a cancellation request via email with your order reference number.
• We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund process will begin as outlined below.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds on Canceled Orders:

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Online Payment Orders: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, wallet, etc.) within 7-10 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refunds are required for cancelled COD orders before dispatch from our factory.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

• First, check your bank account or credit card statement to verify if the refund has been processed.
• If you still believe that your refund hasn't been received, please contact us at info@denislvz.food for assistance.

5. Discounted or Promotional Items

Cancellation requests are only allowed on regular-priced items. Items purchased during discounted periods or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for cancellation.
